Changes to your order or address must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for the delivery process.

Shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier, as we do not offer exchanges or store credit for items damaged during delivery.

Please be advised shipping time may be affected and can impact delivery and/or incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier. Requests are reviewed within 48-72 hours.
