Yes, we offer free shipping for orders totaling $40 or more.
This may be subject to change as we continue to increase product options.
Orders are processed and packed pending payment approval and ship Monday-Friday.
In-stock orders are typically fulfilled within 3-4 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship in 3-4 business days.
Some delays can occur due to holidays or weather events. If you think your order might be lost please contact the mail carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Transit and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Allow 1–2 business days for processing if selecting standard shipping.
Select Economy if your order is sent to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
Delays may occur due to holidays or weather events.

We package all orders with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up during transit. Once an order has been shipped, Pinkie Skies Studio is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
If your package arrives with visible external damage caused during shipping and delivery, please contact the carrier.
Carrier-related damage is outside of our control. However, eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Eligible cases must be submitted through the Exchange and Store Credit Request Form within 10 business days. Requests submitted afterwards may not be approved.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an approved replacement is unavailable, store credit or an item of equal value will be issued.
If an item is incorrect, defective, or missing due to a fulfillment error, please thoroughly review your order immediately upon delivery using your account or order confirmation email. Next, complete the Order Assistance Form within 10 days of delivery so we may review your case.
Should you choose, we are happy to offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items. Cases must be submitted through the Exchange and Store Credit Request Form within 10 business days. Requests submitted after 10 business days may not be approved.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an approved replacement is unavailable, store credit or an item of equal value will be issued.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be packed and shipped.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track the package online.
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. Depending on your chosen shipping method, please allow up to 14 business days for the package to arrive from the ship date.
If your order is labeled as "Delivered", but has not been received it has most likely been lost in transit by the carrier.

Pinkie Skies Studio is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered, we recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Changes to your order must be completed within 48 hours by emailing us at orders@pinkieskiesstudio.com with your name, email and order number or complete the Order Assistance Form.
However, once your order has shipped, Pinkie Skies Studio is no longer responsible for the delivery process. To make changes after your order has shipped, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier.
Please be advised that modifying addresses or shipping methods can impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

Please note, orders that contain both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together, meaning items may be shipped at a later date depending on the estimated pre-order ship date.

Yes! Pinkie Skies Studio is an artist-led creative and lifestyle brand. The founders have backgrounds in art and design, and use professional design and illustration software and tools to produce various art styles for our products.
At this time we do not collaborate or carry our products in other stores. However, we may do so in the future. Join the Studio to stay updated.
Colors on items received may appear differently on screen than in person due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing variations.
While we do our best to represent colors accurately, slight differences between the website and physical product may occur.
